Delivery and Returns

Payments

We accept payment by many different means including but not limited to credit card, debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not currently accept American express.

 

Shipping  

Shipping is via Royal Mail 1st Class from the UK. You have the options of choosing standard or recorded. 

All completed orders (payment gone through) made before Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at 16:30 will be leaving that day. Anything that has been processed after that time will leave the next working day. 

Within the UK, standard shipping is free with orders over £30. There is a flat rat fee of £2.00 for orders under £30. Royal Mail quote delivery times of 1-3 days for their 24h service. Delays can happen though which are beyond our control due to ongoing Covid-19 issues. If delivery takes more than 10 days for a UK order - please contact us immediately on info@tohc.co.uk.

Within Europe, orders can take 2-10 days to clear customs but currently this can be as many as 30 days meaning deliveries can take 3-5 weeks to arrive. We apologise for this lengthy period of time, unfortunately, express courier services are uneconomical to use with low priced products and they would still encounter the same customs delays. We are exploring ways we can improve this process.(including setting up a warehouse within the EU)

For international orders you will automatically have the UK VAT removed as you might have to pay your own country’s VAT.

Currently we do not dispatch our products to the rest of the world.

We have temporarily restricted orders to Ireland due to problems with delivery. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

 

Customs

  • Please note that our prices do not include any customs taxes and tariffs.

 

  • Customers in EU may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once an order reaches your country. We do not cover any additional charges for customs clearance and these must be paid for by you (we unfortunately have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be). 

 

  • Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. Please note we cannot be liable for any additional shipping costs or import duties that may be incurred when placing an order and any delays caused by customs are beyond our control.

 

  • Additionally, when ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Please note that our products are labelled to EU label regulations.

 

We are working on improving this process and will contact customers via email when this problem has been satisfactorily resolved.

Customs Declarations: We declare the value of all products exactly as they are. We need to add on the name of the items, the amount and the exact value. Please note that they might need to get in touch with you to clear them faster. We would recommend you choose tracked delivery for all EU orders so you can monitor them and know when they would arrive. When available to us, we add your email and phone number on the packages so you might receive emails, texts or mail/post from customs (through post they may cause more delays so please be aware). If there are any concerns about the messages received, please get in touch with us.

 

Returns

To return an item, please dispatch it in its original wrapping and accompanied by a note outlining your name, address and reason for return. If you do decide that you would like to return your item, please have a look under the" terms and condition" page.

In the case of a change of heart, an item can be returned for free if it is refused at customs and we will be able to process a full refund once it arrives back to us.
