Our modern, vegan friendly, Mushroom Complex is a blend of five, high-quality, mushroom extracts, that has been designed to support and supplement your nutrition. We only use the highest quality ingredients and provide you with an extract equivalent to 3500mg. We have also included a vegan friendly vitamin D2 to contribute to the support of your immune system. Also we have added Zinc to help maintain your normal cognitive function and support the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Our complex provides over 180mg of polysaccharide content which is one of the important active ingredients found in mushrooms.
The history of use of these mushrooms is vast and rich. They have been used for centuries in various Eastern cultures, from Indian to Japanese and Chinese. These mushrooms are still used today for various benefits, including:

The five carefully selected mushrooms are;
- Lion’s Mane - Also known as Yamabushitake or Houtou. But botanically known as Hericium erinaceus. The bioactivities of its polysaccharides have been subject of many recent studies.
- Reishi - It can contribute to maintaining a healthy circulatory function. Its botanical name is Ganoderma lucidum. And it is a fungus that grows in various hot and humid locations in Asia.
- Cordyceps - Or Dongchong Xiacao is a genus of ascomycete fungi. Amongst all the species, Cordyceps militaris is considered as the oldest source of some useful chemical constituents.
- Shiitake - Shiitake mushrooms are one of the most popular mushrooms worldwide, and have many culinary uses as they are prized for their rich and savoury taste.
- Maitake - is the Japanese name for the edible fungus Grifóla frondosa, which is characterised by a large fruiting body and overlapping caps. The name maitake stems from the Japanese word mai, which means "dance," and take, which means "mushroom."
We pride ourselves on using ingredients that are GMO free, free from animal testing and flavourings. Our vegan capsules are easily ingested, but can also be dismantled if you prefer to take the supplement in its powdered form.
